He has heterochromia which gives him a red right and a blue left eye.A 'six' in Japanese numerical would appear in his red eye and changed from one to six.He wears a school uniform and underneath it a shirt with mist-like markings.He has no scars what-so-ever or tattoos.He tends to wear black leather gloves when fighting.
Mukuro sometimes makes himself look ten years older.His eyes and that endearing pineapple stay the same. His hair is much longer and is held in a ponytail now. He wears a leather version of his usual uniform together with gloves and a tie.

Personality:Despite often seen with a playful smile, Mukuro is seemingly apathetic to the suffering of others. As known by a lot of mafioso, Mukuro is not averse to disposing of those who get in his way, and is not easily intimidated, usually speaking to others in a very direct and arrogant manner. He cares little for others, and simply considers people to be "toys" or "tools" he can sacrifice in order to get to what he wants.
Though he seems uncaring,he shows signs of kindness to the people who help him.Mukuro will never show those emotions infront of someone.He hates the mafia and claims he is different.Mukuro shudders when he gets angry,which is rare and absolutely hates his hairstyle being compared to a pineapple.

Mukuro can enter six realms and harness their powers known as the Six Paths of Reincarnation:
* When the symbol representing the number one in Japanese, appears in his eye, it indicates his use of the first realm, the "Realm of Hell", which grants him the power to create illusions.
* Second is the Realm of Hungry Ghosts, which grants him the power to use the skills of others; when he controls a person's body, he is able to perfectly perform their signature attacks.
* Third is the Realm of Animals, which grants him the power to summon and control deadly animals.
* Fourth is the Realm of Asura, which increases his battle skills; when using this skill, a dark flame surrounds his right eye.
*Fifth is the Realm of Humans, which increases his battle aura, thus his strength; it is considered to be the most dangerous of the Six Realms; when Mukuro first enters the realm, he physically pierces his right eye, and a type of aura, resembling a flame, then surrounds Mukuro's entire body,Mukuro's aura, in itself, poses no danger, as it just represents Mukuro's fighting spirit.
* Sixth is the Realm of Heaven, which grants him the power to control others.

Background (History):Mukuro Rokudo was born into the Estraneo Family, and was one of the children experimented on by the Estraneos. One day, Mukuro killed his captors with his abilities and offered the other children,who suffered the experiments to help him in his fight to rid the world of mafia families such as the Estraneo Family.
He along with some of his allies were captured and held in a high security prison.On the eve of Mukuro's execution they all staged a jailbreak resulting in the deaths of many guards,wardens and even prisoners.
Right now he's on a low profile.Even attending school to pretend to be a normal teen.After saving the life of a girl named Nagi,he pretends that they are siblings and uses her as a vessle.
